Using Crystal Pendulums To Clear Blockages

USING CRYSTAL PENDULUMS

Did you know that your crystal necklace can be used as a pendulum to detect energetic blockages? You can use your crystal necklace to detect any physical, emotional or spiritual blockages you may be experiencing in your bodies 7 energy centres (chakras). We can detect this unstable energy with the crystal and then use the stable energy of crystals in particular colours to help us to balance out any blockages. This can bring our energy back into alignment. When our energy is in alignment will be feeling back to our optimised and best self. 

HOW TO DETECT BLOCKAGES WITH CRYSTAL NECKLACES / PENDULUMS

A great way to find out which part of us is out of balance or where we are storing blocked energy/emotions in our body is to use the crystal pendulum method. This involves hanging your crystal necklace above each of your bodies 7 chakras (energy vortexes) in order to see what the crystal does. 

HOW TO USE A CRYSTAL PENDULUM

You will need to lay down on the floor and then ideally ask a friend to hang the crystal pendulum or necklace above each chakra point to see what it does and how it reacts. 

    Here is a diagram showing the 7 energy points where you will need to hang your crystal above. 

    CHAKRA SYSTEM

    You can do this yourself but it may be easier if someone else does this for you. You will generally get one of the below outcomes.

    • Crystal swings in a small circle = Chakra is clear 
    • Crystal does not move - Blocked chakra 
    • Crystal swings vigorously side to side - Overactive chakra 

    Once you get the results of what the crystal has done you can then look up what this means and how you can now heal that chakra. For some people, these directions can be slightly different so do let the crystal guide you as to what directions work best for you as an individual. 

    CRYSTALS TO CLEAR YOUR CHAKRAS

    Our body is made up of 7 chakras that correspond to our glands and endocrine system. These run along our spine and have particular colours and frequencies. In order to be feeling good each of these chakras needs to be flowing freely. When they are blocked or overactive we may experience negative emotions or physical ailments. Crystals can help bring them back into balance as they emit a stable energy.     • Exercise - Create a vision board of what you want to attract
    THIRD EYE CHAKRA - Awareness/Intuition
    • Colour - Dark Blue/Indigo
    • Meaning - Intuitive, wisdom, creativity, 
    • Signs Of Blockages - Don't believe you are creative, judgemental, cannot tap into wisdom or lacking intuition. Too logical
    • Crystals To Use - Lay down and place any of these crystals for 10-15 mins on your third eye chakra to help clear:  Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite
    • Exercise - Drawing or Writing a daily journal

    THROAT CHAKRA - Communication

    • Colour - Blue / Turquoise 
    • Meaning - Truth, communication, authenticity, strong voice 
    • Signs Of Blockages - You feel suppressed, not able to voice opinion, uncreative, unable to express yourself
    • Crystals To Use - Lay down and place any of these crystals for 10-15 mins on your throat chakra to help clear:  Turquoise, Blue Topaz, Lapis lazuli
    • Exercise - Sing in the shower or car 

    HEART CHAKRA - Love and Healing

    • Colour - Green / Pink
    • Meaning - Self Love, love for others, creative freedom, allowing
    • Signs Of Blockages - Fear of rejection, lack of self care, egotistic
    • Crystals To Use - Lay down and place any of these crystals for 10-15 mins on your heart chakra to help clear:  Rose Quartz, Aventurine, Malachite
    • Exercise - Gift giving and pampering yourself 

    SOLAR PLEXUS - Personal Power

    • Colour - Yellow
    • Meaning - Confidence, empowered, able to bring ideas to life
    • Signs Of Blockages - No motivation, lack of belief, no confidence, unable to make decisions and take action.
    • Crystals To Use - Lay down and place any of these crystals for 10-15 mins on your heart chakra to help clear:  Citrine, Tigers Eye, Amber
    • Exercise - Treat yourself to boost confidence. Positive mirror affirmations.

     SACRAL CHAKRA - Sexuality and Joy

    • Colour - Orange
    • Meaning - In flow state, expressive, finding joy in your work
    • Signs Of Blockages - Directionless, hard to find fun in anything, guilty
    • Crystals To Use - Lay down and place any of these crystals for 10-15 mins on your heart chakra to help clear:  Carnelian, Citrine, Tigers Eye
    • Exercise - Dancing and moving your body

    ROOT CHAKRA - Trust and Security

    • Colour - Red / Brown / Black
    • Meaning - Wanting to create, feeling secure, stable and abundant
    • Signs Of Blockages - Scarcity mindset, undeserving, insecure and unworthy, focusing on lack
    • Crystals To Use - Lay down and place any of these crystals for 10-15 mins on your heart chakra to help clear:  Red Jasper, Oynx, Bloodstone
    • Exercise - Walking in nature, swimming in lakes and the sea, rubbing feet
