If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund of the purchase price for your unworn and not damaged item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please send an email to us at email@example.com
You will then need to send your items back to us along with your order number and name via first class postage. (we do not cover shipping costs for returned items) Once your items have been received, you will then be issued a full refund.
MY ITEM IS BROKEN / DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Please accept our sincerest apologies! We will gladly replace a broken item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the style of the item you need replaced, along with your shipping address, and we will get a replacement sent to you right away!
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by accidents, mishandling, improper use (knocks, dents, water damage, crushing etc.)
Please do not to get your item wet and keep it away from liquids, sprays, moisturisers and perfumes as we cannot refund items that have been damaged by oxidisation.
I HAVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT NEXT?
Please contact us straight away at email@example.com by sending us a picture of your incorrect item along with the email order confirmation. We ask that you return the item and provide receipt of your shipment. We will refund the shipping for you and get the correct item sent straight away!
MY ITEM IS LATE. WHAT NOW?
We always endeavour to get your items out asap however, there can sometimes be delays due to customs or our mail providers that are out of our control. We will always aim to chase down your order to make sure that you get it on time. Please note that delivery day estimates apply to week days only.
