I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW CAN I APPLY IT?

Discount codes are entered on the final pages of checkout and not in the cart. Please make sure you proceed through the checkout pages to apply your code. You can only use 1 x discount code at a time. 

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND AND I DO NOT WISH TO KEEP MY PURCHASE. WHAT DO I DO?

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund of the purchase price for your unworn and not damaged item within 30 days of the arrival date. Please visit our returns center to log your request. Once your items have been received, you will then be issued a full refund within 10 days. 

MY ITEM IS BROKEN / DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

If your item is damaged on arrival, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we can get a new one shipped out to you.

Please log this in our returns center and and we will get a replacement sent to you right away! You will receive a pre-paid Collect+ returns label to ship back.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by accidents, mishandling, improper use (knocks, dents, water damage, crushing etc.) Please do not to get your item wet and keep it away from liquids, sprays, moisturisers and perfumes as we cannot refund items that have been damaged by oxidisation.  

I HAVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT NEXT?

Please log this in our returns center to return your item for free and and we will get the correct item sent to you right away! You will be sent a pre-paid returns label which can be taken to any Collect+ outlet.

MY ITEM IS LATE. WHAT NOW?

We always endeavour to get your items out asap however, there can sometimes be delays due to customs or our mail providers that are out of our control. We will always aim to chase down your order to make sure that you get it on time. Please note that delivery day estimates apply to week days only. 

SENDING AS A GIFT? 

We do not include invoice details in our packaging or parcels making this a great gift to send to a friend or a loved one. Currently, we are unable to add personalised notes to your order.

MY ITEM IS BEING SENT AS A GIFT, WILL IT INCLUDE AN INVOICE OR PAYMENT DETAILS?

No, none of our jewellery comes with any invoice slips included and prices will not be shown on delivery.
