PURCHASE RETURNS

If you received your Cosmic Crystal item and do not love it, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The merchandise must be unworn with original packaging included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. The refund may take 2-3 business days to arrive depending on the card issuing bank.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items purchased are not eligible for returns:

• Items that have been tarnished due to customer care
• Items that have been dropped / mishandled by customer
• Items that are lost or stolen
• Items that cause allergic reactions
• Gift cards
• Items that have been purchased in excess of 30 days
