HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKAGING?
- We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
- Custom waits and fees will be applied when being shipped internationally.
- Upgrade options for priority/tracked and signed for are also available.
HOW LONG WILL MY UK ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- For UK orders, please allow 2-4 working days for standard delivery. Note - We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.
- UK priority parcels will take 1-2 business days.
- Standard UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 first class large letter postage and will be scanned as delivered through your letterbox at the point of delivery.
- Priority UK orders are shipped via DHL and are signed for and fully tracked with a 1 hour time slot.
- Orders with 5 or more items will automatically be sent via DHL.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International items can be shipped for Free via standard international shipping.
- International shipping (outside UK mainland) is subject to customs so please allow 5-10 days (working days)
- Customs holding times may vary so please bear this in mind for international items as they may delay packages for 10 days or more. Cosmic Crystals cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders.
- Orders outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges or duties. We have no control over these charges and policies vary from country to country. Speak to your local customs office for further info.

The delivery estimates provided above cannot be guaranteed but we will do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives with you within the timeframe given.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you purchase your crystal, you will get a confirmation email letting you know when it has been sent. Currently we do not offer free UK tracking unless 5 or more items have been ordered or if you have selected this upgrade option. Our envelopes are scanned so we will know when they have arrived with you. International items (outside of UK) will be all be tracked.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, we offer a 30 day returns policy for all items. If you change you mind you can return your items within 30 days for a refund. Shipping is not included. If your item is damaged or broken you can also return within 30 days. Please go to the "contact us" page to let us know and we will send you return shipping details.
EXCLUSIONS
Due to local restrictions, we are unable to ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE or South Africa.
