STEP 1) CLEANSE YOUR CRYSTAL
When you receive your crystal, the first step is to cleanse your gemstone and clear its energy. This is because crystals collect the emotions and thought energies from all that have previously come into contact with it. To cleanse your crystal, take your gem and imagine a golden light radiating and filling your item or place it in sunlight or moonlight for 8 hours. 

STEP 2) PROGRAMME YOUR CRYSTAL  
The next step is to programme your crystal. This process allows you to activate its energy allowing it to assist you in your intention. 
Hold your crystal in a closed fist, close your eyes, and imagine a white light shining on the crystal. Say your intention for what you want the crystal to help you with. Alternatively, you can form a vision in your mind’s eye that creates an image of what you want to occur. 
Your thoughts, visualisations, and feelings have an energetic charge; when you program your crystal to assist you in manifesting your desires and dreams you put that energetic charge into your crystal.  
Do this process for at least 28-30 days to begin to feel the full effect of both the crystal and your positive intentions.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS: 

Keep all jewellery dry. Please do not to get your item wet and keep it away from liquids, sprays, moisturisers and perfumes and excessive sunlight. This can cause oxidisation and tarnish the metal on your item. See full details here

Our necklaces are all metal plated on a base of copper with either 18k gold or 18K silver depending on your preference. Our items comply with EU regulations restricting the amount of nickel (under 0.05%). Our necklaces are 17 inches in length as standard with a 4mm clasp ring. 

CRYSTAL COLOUR: 

Our crystals are natural so they are all unique. This means that the colour of the stone may vary and will never be exactly the same as the image shown.

• Custom waits and fee will apply when being shipped internationally.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

• UK orders are shipped via first class postage so please allow 2-4 days for delivery. (based on working days)
• International shipping (outside UK mainland) is subject to customs so please allow 3-7 days (working days) 
• Customs holding times may vary so please bear this in mind for international items. 

CAN I GET MY ORDER SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. You can get your order shipped. Please allow 3-7 working days. Customs may vary so please allow up to 4 weeks if being held. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you purchase your crystal, you will get a confirmation email letting you know when it has been sent. Currently we do not offer UK tracking for shipping as we ship via Royal Mail Large Letter 1st Class Postage. Our envelopes are scanned so we will know when they have arrived with you. International items (outside of UK) can be tracked. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, we offer a 30 day returns policy for all items. If you change you mind you can return your items within 30 days for a refund. Shipping is not included.
